A simpler way to run IT Support and IT Service Desk tenders and supplier evaluations

How this works

  1. Fill in your contact details so we can email your results.
  2. Choose the number of suppliers to evaluate and complete their details.
  3. Rate the Importance to you for each criterion — three simple levels:
    • Low — scores 0 (not important to us)
    • Medium — scores 5 (nice to have)
    • High — scores 10 (business-critical)
  4. Score each supplier. Two types of question:
    • Yes / No — binary. Yes = 10 (meets the ideal), No = 0.
    • Scale 1–10 — how well the supplier's answer meets your needs (1 = poor fit, 10 = excellent fit).
  5. The Managed247 score is pre-filled based on our verified answers — feel free to cross-check.
  6. Weighted score = Importance × Supplier score. Click View my results to see your ranked comparison.

Short on time? Once you've filled in your name, work email and company, your progress is saved in this browser automatically. You can also click Save your Progress to download a copy of your answers and pick up where you left off on another device.

Want each supplier to answer the questions in confidence? Generate a supplier pack — a clean, standalone HTML file that contains your details and the questions for your chosen version only. The supplier cannot see your importance ratings, other suppliers' answers, Managed247's responses, or the scoring mechanism. They fill it in and email their answers back.
